The Rules

• No smoking allowed, including vaping, even on the pool deck or in front of the townhome. 

• No pets allowed. 

• No Parties or events allowed. 

• Occupancy is a maximum of 10 guests, additional guests will be asked to leave or may result in eviction of the entire party. 

• Quite hours in our neighborhood begins at 10:00pm and ends at 8:00am. 

• No illegal substances or activities. 

• Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

• $75 fee for lost or damaged resort cards. 

• $50 fee for lost or damaged remotes. 

• Our community offers a daily trash valet service, collecting up to two kitchen bags from the front entry of our townhome. All trash must be bagged in kitchen trash bags, with a limit of two bags per day. Failure to comply results in a $50 HOA fine per violation, which will be passed on to the guest. Please ensure all trash is properly bagged during your stay. 

• Disabling, unplugging, or tampering with the WiFi, internet, smart lock, smart thermostat, WiFi doorbell camera, or pool heat controls will prompt immediate eviction from the property without any refund. 

• If problems arise, please contact us right away. We will do what we can to resolve any issues. However, sometimes things happen that we can’t control. The hosts of Orlando Oasis shall not be held responsible or offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, water disruptions, internet outages, or adverse weather conditions.
