Please feel free to use any of our appliances and stocked items in the cupboards.
Trash pickup is daily and no more than 2 bags tied and in the receptacle by the front door.
There is a food disposer located in the right side sink with the switch in the cabinet under that sink.
Use Cold Water: Before turning on the food disposal, run a steady stream of cool water into the sink while and shortly after the disposal is running.
Cut food into small pieces: To prevent clogs, cut up food waste into smaller pieces before sending it down the disposal. Avoid large chunks.
Complimentary kitchen “Starter Pack” is provided. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility.
Pool & Patio
Pool Heating: Available for $40/day or $250/week.
Request must be received least 3 days prior to arrival to ensure proper temperature.
Pool is recommended to be heated between the months of October through May.
It is strongly advised that the safety fence be installed for the protection of children and individuals who are not strong swimmers while occupying the townhome.
We provide pool toys for free enjoyment during your stay. Please treat them with care and replace any damaged items if accidentally broken. Thank you!
The pool is professionally cleaned and the water chemistry is maintained once per week to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Complimentary BBQ grill for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for refilling or replacing the propane tank if it runs out.
Laundry
Complimentary clothes washing supplies may be provided. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility.
The dryer lint trap must be cleaned after each load.
Additional Items
The townhome has 2 sleeper sofas, one in the living room and one in the loft upstairs. The bedding for these are in the linen closet on the second floor.
We provide a highchair, stroller, pack & play, and a crib for your convenience. However, we are not liable for any injuries resulting from their use. Guests assume all responsibility for their safe and proper use.
Baby Gates: Please note, there are no baby gates installed on the stairs. Families with young children should consider this when booking.
Ceiling Fan & Light operation:
Turn on the wall switch, then you will be able to control the fixture using the remote.
Google Nest Thermostat:
To make the home warmer - turn the ring up (Clockwise).
To make the home cooler - turn the outer ring down (Counter Clockwise).
The thermostat operates within a predefined range of 72°F to 80°F (approximately 22°C to 27°C).
Valet Trash Service:
Approved Bins Only – All trash must be placed in the community-issued valet trash bin outside the front door.
No Overnight Trash – Trash may not be left outside overnight under any circumstances.
Bag Limit – A maximum of 2 bags per day will be collected.
Trash Preparation – All bags must be securely tied to prevent spills or leaks.
Weight Limit – No bag should exceed 25 lbs. Overweight bags will not be collected.
Cardboard – All cardboard boxes must be broken down and flattened before being placed in the bin.
Types of Trash – Household trash only. Hazardous materials, construction debris, and non-household waste will not be collected.
Placement – Valet trash bins are to remain by the front door at all times. Trash bags should be placed inside the bin no later than the scheduled collection times ( 1:30 PM).
