A professional service comes by to clean, check the water, and keep everything sparkling and ready for your next dip.
Yes, the pool can be heated! It heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius)
Pool is recommended to be heated between the months of October through May.
Pool Heating: Available for $40/day or $250/week.
Request must be received least 3 days prior to arrival to ensure proper temperature.
For everyone’s safety, diving is not allowed, the plunge pool is only about 5 feet deep. It’s perfect for cooling off, relaxing, or enjoying a dip, but not deep enough for diving. Please enter feet-first and enjoy it safely!
We provide pool toys for free enjoyment during your stay. Please treat them with care and replace any damaged items if accidentally broken. Thank you!
A complimentary BBQ grill for your convenience.
However, please note that guests are responsible for refilling or replacing the propane tank if it runs out.
A mini-crib with bedding is available at no extra charge in the upstairs king bedroom. The crib is portable, so you can move it to any other bedroom as needed. We also provide a Pack-n-Play for your convenience.
We provide a high chair, umbrella stroller and child friendly plates and cups.
We do not have baby gates for the stairs.
However, we do have a safety fence around the pool area to help protect little ones.
Please note that adult supervision is always required, and parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s safety at all times.

Valet trash service makes taking out the trash very easy during your stay!
Instead of walking to a dumpster, just place your tied trash bags in the provided bin right outside the front door by 1:45pm. A collection team will come by on scheduled days to pick it up for you.
It’s quick, convenient, and helps keep the community looking great, please don’t leave bags out overnight to avoid critters and a mess.
Trash should be placed in the receptacle located just outside the front door no later than 1:45pm.
Collection occurs after 2pm daily, except major holidays.
Absolutely! Early check-in may be available upon request and will be accommodated when possible.
Standard check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
Please note: arrivals before 11:00 AM may incur additional fees.
Possibly, this may be accommodated if we do not have an afternoon check in. The cleaning staff needs this time to properly clean and sanitize the townhome.
Check out time is before 10:00am.
Please take out any trash bags to the outdoor trash receptacle.
Please turn off the lights, fans, and TVs when you leave.
Resort Access Card must be left on the key hook upon your departure. $75 fee for cards that are not returned or lost.

❗We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables during their stay or left behind by any guest. Guests are advised to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings.
Service Animals:
One of the owners has a severe allergy to most dog breeds and all cats, and even small amounts of lingering dander can trigger a significant allergic reaction. Because of this medical sensitivity, We are unfortunately not able to host any stay that involves an animal, even briefly, as it creates a health risk in the home. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Emotional Support Animals:
We do not accept Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), as they are not recognized as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Additionally, under Florida law, it is a second-degree misdemeanor to misrepresent an animal as a service animal. Please look for an Airbnb that is a pet-friendly Airbnb and better suits your needs.
Ample free parking is available directly adjacent to the building.
Please note that parking is handled on a first-come, first-served basis; there are no assigned or reserved spots for specific units, ensuring easy access for you and your guests.
To help you settle in, we provide a "starter kit" of essentials. This typically includes a limited supply of:
Kitchen: Roll of Paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags and a few dishwasher pods. Also, common kitchen utensils and appliances.
Laundry: A small supply of laundry detergent pods.
Bathrooms: Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
You would be responsible for providing additional supplies once these run out.
