The Rules

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

• No parties or events allowed.

• No smoking allowed, including vaping, even on the pool deck or in front of the townhome.  

• No pets allowed unless registered with Greg and details/payment have been made in advance.

• Crib is suitable for toddlers and children under 3

• Occupancy is max of 12 guests, additional guests will be asked to leave or may result in eviction of the entire party.

• Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. 

• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. Resort security may request eviction for excessive noise. 

• Please turn off the AC when you go out.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

• Please do not leave towels at clubhouse pools. Lost or missing towels will incur a charge.

• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 

• Please don't rearrange the furniture.

• Please do your dishes.

• Please take the trash out before you leave.

• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

• Our community offers a daily trash valet service, collecting up to two kitchen bags from the front entry of our townhome. All trash must be bagged in kitchen trash bags, with a limit of two bags per day. Failure to comply results in a $50 HOA fine per violation, which will be passed on to the guest. Please ensure all trash is properly bagged during your stay. 

• Disabling, unplugging, or tampering with the WiFi, internet, smart lock, smart thermostat, WiFi doorbell camera, or pool heat controls will prompt immediate eviction from the property without any refund. 

There are three locked owner/cleaner closets in the home. Please do not try to gain entrance as an alarm will trigger and will result in immediate removal from home with no refund. 

If problems arise, please contact us right away. We will do what we can to resolve any issues. However, sometimes things happen that we can’t control. The hosts of Orlando Oasis shall not be held responsible or offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, water disruptions, internet outages, or adverse weather conditions. 

Trash Collection

• Pick up is 7 DAYS A WEEK Sunday-Saturday

• Please bag trash in a trash bag and place in the provided brown waste bin outside the front door by 6am every morning. 

• Trash pickup will be completed by noon. 

• Trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day. 

• No loose trash, all trash needs to be placed within a trash bag, up to 50 lbs per bag. 

• All boxes are to be broken down, bundled and placed beside the waste bin.
