Personlizes Entry Code

You should have your personalized entry code for the smart lock. The lock will automatically lock a few minutes after you unlock it.

Check In Time

Standard check-in time is after 4:00 PM.

Early check-in may be available upon request and will be accommodated when possible.

Please note: Early arrivals may incur additional fees.

RESORT CHECK-IN

You will need to check-in at the security station whenever entering the resort. 

A photo-ID is required to register your vehicle and receive a guest pass. (limit of 4 guest passes per home) 

Only the guest who secured the reservation will be registered with the security office for check-in (unless ID's were given and you received QR code). 

If another guest will be checking in before you, please send me their name and a copy of their photo id for check-in (must be at least 25)

Please note in the evenings there may be a line to enter the resort as most people are returning from a day at the parks.

Parking

You may park in the driveway. 

There is no parking allowed on the grass or blocking the sidewalk on common areas or any lot. 

No parking on the street except designated spots 3 houses down on opposite side of street or you will be towed. 

Do not attempt to park in garage.

WiFi Internet

The townhome has 1 gigabit (1 gig) high speed internet.
